  • 250 milliliter hot water
  • 2 tablespoon frozen chopped spinach, cooked and well drained
  • 1⁄2 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • Pour hot water into a bowl
  • Add Optifast Tomato Soup, stir until dissolved
  • Add cooked spinach, stir well
  • Garnish with grated parmesan cheese
